Description
To Plan, Organize, Direct And Control All Operations Of One Or More Additional Stations Other Than The Domicile Location, Within The Service Area Of The Station In A Way That Provides Maximum Service To Customers While Maintaining A Cost Effective Station Operation
Bachelor'S Degree/Equivalent. Five (5) Years Business Experience, Including One (1) Year Management Experience. Knowledge Of Fedex Field Operations, Features Of Service, Systems, Policies And Procedures. Dot Certification Preferred. Strong Basic Management, Human Relations And Communication Skills.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years business experience, including one (1) year management experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of FedEx field operations, features of service, systems, policies and procedures. Strong basic management, human relations and communication skills.
Job Conditions
Non-covered safety sensitive position; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current. Starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors. Permitted by law. Pay: $8,896.99 - $15,124.88 per month
