Description

To Plan, Organize, Direct And Control All Operations Within The Service Area Of The Station In A Way That Provides Maximum Service To Customers While Maintaining A Cost Effective Station Operation.

Bachelor'S Degree/Equivalent. Five (5) Years Business Experience, Including One (1) Year Management Experience. Knowledge Of Fedex Field Operations, Features Of Service, Systems, Policies And Procedures. Dot Certification Preferred. Strong Basic Management, Human Relations And Communication Skills.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years business experience, including one (1) year management experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of FedEx field operations, features of service, systems, policies and procedures. Strong basic management, human relations and communication skills.

Job Conditions
