Description
Monitors team productivity related to effectively keeping facilities clean and equipment operating properly/safely and ensuring all required records and reports are documented properly and accurately.
Essential Functions
- Monitors team productivity in maintaining clean facilities, operating equipment properly and safely, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Trains employees on equipment operation and provide guidance to less experienced coworkers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High school diploma/GED.
Minimum Experience
Six (6) months experience performing facilities and equipment maintenance.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Good organizational and communication skills.
Detail oriented.
Works well under stress and able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
Job Conditions
Able to work variable shifts and weekends/holidays.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver items of any weight above 50 pounds with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
Ability to operate all material handling (belts, conveyors, forklifts, etc.), disposal equipment, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), boiler, plumbing, etc. in use at facility.
