Description

Supports the successful implementation and operational integration of the Gemini system. Serves as a key liaison between regulatory bodies, legal teams, and local authorities to define and implement local rules and manage regulatory updates impacting customs clearance systems and processes. Ensures that business priorities are aligned throughout the roll-out process, supports day-to-day operations, and manages change initiatives to minimize disruption. Facilitates clear communication between end users and regional/global teams, helping to resolve issues and provide timely system updates.

Essential Functions

  • Performs resource planning, gap analysis, user acceptance testing, end-user training, and Hyper Care support during Go Live.
  • Partners with Regulatory, Legal, GTS, and local authorities to define local rules for Gemini and manage regulatory updates.
  • Ensures change initiatives align with business priorities and support related communication strategies.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for OPS operations and coordinate with supporting departments.
  • Leads the coordination and execution of change activities to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
  • Provides the project team with insights on potential end-user impacts related to changes
  • Maintains ongoing communication regarding issue resolution and system updates with end users and global teams to promote collaboration and transparency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


 


Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years experience in Customs related activities and knowledge of local regulations. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Basic computer and systems skills. Fluent in English.
