Job Duties
Provides assistance to the legal staff in carrying out the corporate legal mandates. Assures the day-to-day flow of documents, information and advice; develops and administers control systems and procedures for corporate use in monitoring legal activities.

Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Paralegal training and certification required, preferably from an ABA accredited institution.
Minimum Experience
Twelve (12) years paralegal experience, including five (5) years FedEx paralegal experience. Five (5) years of demonstrated subject matter expertise in specialized area of the law.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Advanced legal research and writing skills required. Advanced organization, human relations and communications skills required.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Paralegal training and certification required.
Minimum Experience
Eight (8) years paralegal experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Comprehensive knowledge of Legal process and systems.
Advanced research, organization, human relations and computer skills.
Excellent research and writing skills.
Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Job Conditions
Hours may vary due to organizational need.
Some travel required.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $42.59/hour - $53.24/hour
Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
