Description
Provides analysis and resolves payroll issues. Under limited supervision.
Essential Functions
- Identifies and addresses systems issues and customer inquiries in compliance with company policies.
- Analyzes and resolves matters pertaining to tax, wage and hour compliance, garnishments, applicable regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field required.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years experience in payroll, financial systems processing, financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit or operational analysis required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge of personal computer applications.
Good analytical, human relations and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: • Proven experience with identifying and implementing automated processes improvements/efficiencies, particularly using QDM • Audit/Controls/Payroll background or certification, including SOX compliance • Advanced Data Analysis • Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, and decision making • Strong organizational skills, time management, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Additional Details: Position will be hybrid in Collierville, TN, Plano, TX or Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates must live within a reasonable commutable distance. Employees must be onsite as directed by leadership but are allowed flexibility to work from home otherwise.
