POSITION OVERVIEW:
Manages the planning, execution and oversight of vendor and contract management processes across all IT functions-such as IT operations, applications and infrastructure-ensuring agreements deliver value, meet service requirements and align with organizational priorities.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead the end-to-end vendor and contract management lifecycle across all business areas, including vendor outreach, request for proposals (RFP) coordination, negotiation, selection and onboarding.
2. Monitor and report on vendor performance and SLA compliance; proactively identify and resolve service delivery issues.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure vendor capabilities align with operational and strategic business needs.
4. Identify, assess, and mitigate vendor-related risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
5. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, such as experience, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment. Pay Range:
Pay Range: $79,056.00 - $151,787.00 per year
Colorado Pay Ranges: Springfield $79,056 - $126,490; Colorado Springs, Grand Junction $84,590 - $135,344; Henderson, Mead $89,333 - $142,933; Gypsum $94,867 - $151,787
Illinois Pay Ranges: East Moline, Effingham, Kankakee, Lincoln, Quincy, Rockford $84,590 - $135,344; Aurora, Bolingbrook, Chicago Heights, Des Plaines, Elmhurst, Forest View, Joliet, Schaumburg, Summit-Argo, Zion $94,867 - $151,787
New York Pay Ranges: Plattsburgh, Buffalo, Watertown, North Chili, East Syracuse, Nichols $84,590 - $135,344; Nichols $89,333 - $142,933; Bethpage, Montgomery, West Babylon $94,867 - $151,787
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, project management, business administration, or related field or equivalent work experience plus five (5) years of experience in project management or Project Management Office (PMO) roles, with exposure to vendor management, procurement or contract administration.
• Strong understanding of Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) vendor performance monitoring and compliance management.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as procurement, legal, finance and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with compliance, risk management and regulatory requirements across multiple IT business domains.
• Familiarity with freight, supply chain or operationally intensive industry solutions is desirable.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Stilled in negotiation, relationship management and conflict resolution
• Proactive, self-driven and able to operate with minimal supervision.
• Ability mentor, coach and as a knowledge resource to other employees.
