Responsible of identifying partnership and value-creation opportunities across the business. Works closely with Product Managers, Marketing, Partnerships, and other teams to solve complex and/or ambiguous problems. Independently analyzes data, develop insights, and help grow FDW products. Leads and executes large, complex product operation initiatives and other marketing/enterprise programs across large, cross-functional work teams. Actively coaches a team of product operations professionals to achieve business outcomes and goals.


Essential Functions

About The Role - FedEx Dataworks has an exciting opportunity within our Product Operations team. Be one of the pioneers of product operations at FedEx Dataworks where we are committed to empowering the Product organization to communicate and collaborate across our Commercial Portfolio and Platform teams to enable the development features that will help the company reach our goals.


  • Manage and iterate on the end-to-end Program Increment (PI) Lifecycle from kickoff of planning, tracking PI progress across all teams, and optimizing this process for the fdx Platform Product organization.
  • Manage the instrumentation of our product tool stack which includes Productboard, Azure DevOps, Slack, and other tools.
  • Work with the Product Ops team and Product Leadership to establish best practices around creating roadmaps, product frameworks and other essential product development practices while advising on the operational scalability and feasibility of launched and upcoming products.
  • Represent Product cross-functionally with peers and leadership to foster continuous improvement for operational aspects of product launches and operational readiness to identify potential issues and enable readiness of product launches.
  • Provide analysis of the end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle to validate that Customer Feedback received from Voice of the Customer is processed for consideration on roadmaps and provide insight into the journey of feedback to idea to feature.
  • ·Provide strategic project management support [as needed] to Platform Products leadership teams for critical operational initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Expertise in SaaS administration for product portfolio management
  • Strong relationship management/building
  • Comfortable presenting in front of large audiences of stakeholders and to executive leadership
  • Experienced in partnering with and bringing multiple departments together into strategic alignment
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and continuous change.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology and/or startup environment.
  • Proven track record of Product or Program launches.


Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in operations strategy, product management, product marketing, economics, business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline. 


Minimum Qualifications

Three to Four (3 - 4) years directly related experience in Product Management, Market analysis, planning, research or equivalent. Knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact-based data analysis. Demonstrated computer skills. Strong basic management, human relations, communication, and analytical skills. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. Excellent business acumen, organizational awareness, human relations, and communication skills required.


Domicile Information

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. 



Preferred Qualifications:  

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement

Pay: U.S Range: $6,727/monthly to $10,090/monthly
