Sr Proj Mgmt Analyst
Description
Provides analysis and assistance in planning & organizing projects that impact or enhance the department. Monitors all department schedules so as to ensure that projects are completed on or before projected completion dates. Collects and analyzes all necessary data including financial and performance indicators, for resolution of problems, issues & concerns affecting the department.
Essential Functions
- Provides analysis and assistance in planning and organizing projects that impact or enhance the department, monitors department schedules to ensure projects are completed on time, and collectsand analyzes data for problem resolution.
- Creates and maintains master files and control logs, gathers and ensures communication of input and views, and applies computer-related techniques in the development of systems.
- Makes timely decisions concerning project objectives, structure, and disputes, and ensure the completeness and compatibility of tasks, assignments, plans, and schedules.
- Prepares and presents reports and briefings to various organizations and individuals, including executive management and officers and directors of subsidiaries.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years related experience in project management, product development, systems design/development or business/ financial planning & analysis. Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems. Experience in use of project management/planning software.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated analytical, organizational & planning skills. Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with program management, financial analysis, & technical writing considered a plus.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $4,881.62/month - $8,461.48/month
