This position is part of the Corporate Initiatives Program Management team, which supports the strategic programs of FedEx Corporation by facilitating and executing initiatives critical to the long-term success of the organization.

Other Functions
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including executive management, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
- Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure projects align with strategic objectives and business goals.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to promote cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
- Monitor departmental schedules to ensure projects are completed on or before projected deadlines.
- Support strategic projects and initiatives that impact multiple stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with department leadership to define project scopes, set priorities, and allocate resources effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to provide updates and executive-level presentations.
- Experience working with and influencing teams to drive strategic outcomes
- Strong organizational, analytical, leadership, and planning skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Effective human relations, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Ability to lead independently and not rely on checklists or step-by-step guidance
- Ability and willingness to work in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Experience in project management, product development, systems design/development, or business/financial planning and analysis.
- Familiarity with the transportation and logistics industry is preferred but not required.
- Experience in project management in the IT space with an understanding of Agile frameworks is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and project management software tool.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Four (4) years exempt experience in project management, product development, systems design/development or business / financial planning and analysis. Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems. Experience in use of project management/planning software. Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills. Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.
Domicile Information
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90/month-10,898.39/month
