Sr Project Management Analyst
Description
The Sr. Project Management Analyst leads and/or provides support for small to large complexity projects associated with strategic network initiatives for the enterprise. This includes but is not limited to Business Case Development, Financial management, project planning, implementation plans, status reporting and collaboration of work across the enterprise.
Essential Functions
- Monitors all department schedules so as to ensure that projects are completed on or before projected completion dates.
- Collects and analyzes all necessary data including financial and performance Indicators, for resolution of problems, issues and concerns affecting the Initiatives.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive strategic planning processes to align projects with business objectives and IT capabilities.
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and dependencies, driving solutions with minimal oversight.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to drive project success and resolve conflicts.
- Utilize agile methodologies to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Demonstrate strong networking knowledge to effectively manage IT infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and demands simultaneously.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Four (4) years exempt experience in project management, product development, systems design/development or business / financial planning and analysis. Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems. Experience in use of project management/planning software. Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills. Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.

Domicile Information:
This position is domiciled in Memphis, Tennessee. Preference is to be hybrid and to work at a FedEx office location 2-3 days a week

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,898.39/month
