Sr Project Management Analyst
Description
Provide analysis and assistance in planning and organizing projects that impact or enhance the department
Essential Functions
- Monitors all department schedules so as to ensure that projects are completed on or before projected completion dates.
- Collects and analyzes all necessary data including financial and performance Indicators, for resolution of problems, issues and concerns affecting the department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills Considered a Plus
- Support project management efforts, including, but not limited to, business case development, financial management, project planning, implementation plans, status reporting, and collaboration across the enterprise.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and dependencies, driving solutions with minimal oversight.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to drive project success and resolve conflicts.
- Prepare and present reports and briefings to various organizations and individuals, including executive management and officers and directors of subsidiaries.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and demands simultaneously.
- Make timely decisions regarding project objectives, structure, and disputes, ensuring the completeness and compatibility of tasks, assignments, plans, and schedules.
- Drive strategic planning processes to align projects with business objectives and technical/IT capabilities.
- Utilize agile methodologies to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Four (4) years exempt experience in project management, product development, systems design/development or business / financial planning and analysis. Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems. Experience in use of project management/planning software. Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills. Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.
