Sr Project Manager/ Sr Program Manager
Project Manager:
Proven experience successfully project managing a wide variety and complexity of projects and initiatives (recommend minimum of 4-5 years)
- Involved in managing all project aspects (scope, schedule, budget & people)
- Considered a plus to have experience managing projects during different phases (i.e. concept initiation, enhancements, fix defects)
Experience helping the project team identify and prevent or mitigate key risks
Ability to help the project team navigate issues with minimal disruption during a project
Strong problem solving and negotiation skills to resolve conflicts in or between the project team, cross-functional groups, and leadership
Strong communication and collaboration ability to effectively communicate to team/peers, cross-functional/OpCo teams, and management
Good ability to motivate team, coordinate & manage activities, and keep the team on track to timely complete deliverables
Good analytical and critical thinking skills
Program Manager:
