Sr Quality Control Asst/Pkg
Description
Provide in-depth administrative support to the quality department with reports, analysis, scheduling, record keeping, project task, with reporting systems and direct customer contact.
Essential Functions
- Provide administrative support and comparative analysis in the scheduling and record keeping of departmental events and employees.
- Provide support in the development and maintenance of production type reporting systems that will improve productivity while assisting with project tasks, which may require direct customer contact.
- Gather and research various data sources to provide feedback and recommendations to management regarding operational and productivity enhancements, including contacting customers directly and gathering feedback.
- Assist management in areas such as: 1) facility management, 2) gathering quotes and providing comparative analysis of sourcing opportunities and equipment purchases, 3) executing purchasing processes, 4) orientation and training of new employees
- Provide project support through documentation and communication of reports and status updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum Experience
One (1) year experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, quality control and loss prevention, or customer service plus Three (3) years related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Personal computer (PC) experience required.
Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Microsoft skills and reliable transportation required.

Additional Details: This position is located in Olive Branch, MS. The primary shift for this position will be 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Overtime may be required. Position closes 11/15/24.
