Description

Under moderate supervision develops and implements strategies in support of sales force and corporate initiatives appropriate to sales segments and unique go-to-market, sales support, digital content and development needs. Empowers sales team to execute by ensuring internal organizational buy-in, leveraging innovative sales enablement practices, translating the sales strategy to actionable plans and courses of action.

Essential Functions

  • Drives or supports complex sales solutions by translating business requirements into solution requirements, coordinating expertise, scoping, and defining delivery and managing deployment timelines.
  • Defines actionable plans and courses of action for change programs, digital content, and communications for program readiness and rollout.
  • Assesses the effectiveness and positive impact of solutions and communicates the results to stakeholders and Executive Leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Authors and organizes a vast catalogue of content for maximum discoverability within the CMS.
  • Manages content inventory hygiene, including calendarizing update reminders and content sunset dates.
  • Provides analysis on feedback from metrics within the CMS. Evaluates effectiveness of existing content and recommends improvements for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Owns technical aspects of the CMS to support admin and authoring needs. Utilizes creative skills to design visually appealing materials.


Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Three (3) year professional business experience in project management, sales, learning and development, education, communications including writing and editing, content management, creative development, or quantitative analysis. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong relationship building, strategic partnering, research/analysis, project/program management, and communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to innovate and produce high quality results on a consistent basis.


Preferred Qualifications: Strong writing skills to convey complex concepts, craft persuasive messaging, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of content initiatives. Thorough and detail-oriented to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of content with brand guidelines, content governance, and standards. Previous experience managing knowledge/content management systems, specifically Highspot.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: Memphis, TN Pay Range: $5,662.27/month - $7,502.51/month

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week. Apply by: 3/18/25 at 5 pm CST. E25
