Sr Strategy Planning Analyst
Description
Under general supervision, supports the project lead with the organization's strategic plan(s).
Essential Functions
- Coordinates research, analysis, and makes recommendations to support organizational and business priorities and leadership engagement programs.
- Coordinates input from all major business units to facilitate plans, best practices, and global and multi-discipline perspectives.
- Coordinates with key stakeholders to track, measure, and report on progress towards key deliverables.
- Conducts periodic reviews and provides insights focused on continuously improving organizational and leadership engagement projects and programs.
- Effectively compiles research, analysis, and recommendations into updates that are presented to all levels of leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market/competitive analysis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and management skills.
Strong communications and human relations skills.
If based in Memphis, TN, this role follows a hybrid schedule, with the expectation of being in the office three days per week.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. Pay: US pay range: $6,168.90 - $10,898.39 monthly
