Description
Designs, develops, implements and maintains innovative and replicable programs/procedures supporting FedEx sales, senior leadership, customers and corporate initiatives creating value and effective strategies for FedEx. Requires the application of innovative specialized/technical skill sets relevant to the role and objective of the department. Works individually And leads peer and cross functional teams with internal/external customer Interaction. Works on multiple complex assignments concurrently. Mentors less sr. staff. Leads brainstorming, review and development of recommendations for highly complex sales/customer/corporate initiatives, recommending best methods. Acts with senior level authority. Presents solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years experience in designing, maintaining, and/or implementation of solutions to complex business situations. Experience is specifically related to the department's specialty. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Advanced and innovative application of skills with business software, spreadsheet applications and/or graphics or web development. Ability to plan and work on multiple assignments concurrently. Ability to present solutions to senior leadership. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in quantitative business or a related field.
Minimum Experience
Minimum of five (5) years business experience in a supply chain related field to include designing, maintaining, and/or implementation of solutions to complex business situations. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to project manage and work on multiple assignments concurrently. Ability to present solutions to customers and leadership. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written, oral and presentation skills. Advanced skills with business software, spreadsheet applications and presentation applications. Embraces learning and continual improvement.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a customer facing role, designing supply chain solutions in the industrial or automotive sectors. Certifications in Six Sigma or other quality management experience a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. History of managing multiple complex projects concurrently. Sales or external customer facing consulting experience. Working knowledge of supply chain and transportation. Proven ability to lead internal & external stakeholders through a project lifecycle.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $7,094.23/month - $12,533.14/month Colorado Pay Range: $7,094.23/month - $12,010.93/month New York Pay Range: $7,488.36/month - $12,533.14/month New York City Pay Range: $9,064.85/month - $12,533.14/month (Pay Grade: E27))
Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the US excluding AK, HI and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus several times per week. Remote work will be considered based on business need.
