Sr Tax Analyst
Description
This is an interview position.
Performs tax work in the Canadian tax shared services centre for Canadian FedEx operating entities. The Sr Tax Analyst is responsible to review, analyze, classify, ensure completion and compliance of the corporation’s tax obligations in accordance with state, federal and international laws leveraging specific tax knowledge and technological advances.
Participates in Canadian tax audits and collaborates with the business on all Canadian tax matters relating to the FedEx Canada group of companies.

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

Related Experience
• Accounting - 4 years
- Direct experience working in Canadian Tax with a public accounting firm or in a Tax Department of a large publicly traded company

- PeopleSoft - (Preferred)

- Solid understanding of US GAAP – Accounting for Income Taxes
