Sr Tech Document Analyst
Description
Analyzes, designs and standardizes printed, electronic forms, invoices and related paperwork systems with existing information systems in direct support of revenue, aircraft maintenance, and flight operations.
Essential Functions
- Ensures appropriate maintenance and disposition schedules are established.
- Ensures production, printing, distribution and inventory of active forms, records and determines the micro imaging/storage of inactive forms and records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Must have ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Minimum Experience
Four (4) years related experience in systems forms analysis, technical forms design, or records/information management required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of computer software operations.
Word processing skills required. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
