Staff Attorney I - Sr Counsel (Multi-level)

Job Duties
Provides legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries Ensures their effective operation in accordance with federal, state and local laws. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and admission to the bar.
Minimum Experience
Two (2) years experience and demonstrated competency relevant to area of legal specialization. Superior academic record.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent research and writing skills. Strong negotiation, human relations and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Independently handles all aspects of litigation, including preparing responsive pleadings, engaging in discovery and law and motion practice, trying cases to verdict before juries and judges, and handling issues on appeal. Litigation includes complex and/or class action practice.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: US: $7,094.23/mo (lowest range for Staff Attorney I) - $29,111.88/mo (highest range for Sr Counsel) *All compensation is dependent on location/market level.
Additional Details: This is a hybrid position located in Pittsburgh, PA or Memphis, TN. *Compensation and level of hire will be aligned with the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications*
