Staff Director Global Cash Management

Job Description Summary:
- Directs and leads a team of cash management professionals responsible for execution of global cash management strategy for the Corporation.
- Oversees day-to-day cash operations in the Americas (U.S., Canada, Latin America & the Caribbean) and serve as primary liaison with international counterparts/teams.
- Oversees the development of cash flow forecasts to support executive management decision-making.
- Develops banking, internal, and external customer relationships to maintain adequate liquidity access to cost effective sources of funds.
- Institutes and maintains controls and governance to ensure regulatory compliance for global cash management functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee providing banking support to enterprise business, bank account management, online bank system management, global liquidity management, short-term cash investments and FX/Derivatives management.
- Recommends and identifies optimal global cash management structure.
- Support strategic initiatives.
- Provide significant Treasury expertise, drive innovation and improvement of global strategies and infrastructure, and will serve as a key business partner for Senior Leadership Teams across the globe.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA preferred.
- Advance level certifications, such as CTP, are desirable.
- Significant relevant experience to include successful management experience in Treasury/Global Cash Management.
- Foreign language proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:
- Experience in finance, treasury, forecasting, cash pooling, FX/Derivatives, banking portals, and treasury management system implementation.
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems and FX platforms.
- Experience managing teams across geographies.
- Experience with data analytics and/or financial modeling.
- Strong leadership, human relations and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and deliver presentations to Senior Management and Finance professionals globally.
- Foreign language proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
- Experience working for a multi-national corporation.
- Demonstrate collaborative relationships across teams, functions (Tax, Accounting, Legal, Finance, and/or Operations) and geographies.

- This position will be located in Memphis, Tennessee.

Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in economics and/or finance.
Minimum Experience
Eight (8) years' experience, including successful management experience in treasury/cash management or other directly related discipline
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong interpersonal, communications and judgment skills.
Excellent presentation, analytical and negotiations skills.
