Job Summary
Under limited supervision, the Strategy Planning Advisor is responsible for development of the organization's strategic plans. Oversees overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of complex and cross-functional DRIVE Data and Technology Domain work efforts.
Essential Functions
· Leads project activities through meeting facilitation, managing project scope, and communicating progress
· Assists in the development of business cases, financial analysis, and all aspects of costing and managing project financials
· Drafts and reviews documentation and project deliverables to ensure compliance with the DRIVE Operating Model
· Identifies, researches, analyzes and makes recommendations to support the organization's growth objectives
· Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market/competitive analysis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Knowledge of the new ways of working to include the DRIVE Operating Model and Planview system
· Skilled in the development of business cases and financial analysis
· Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and management skills
· Strong communications and human relations skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: US Monthly Pay Range: $7,094.23 - $12,533.14

Domicile Information: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. Candidates who live within commutable distance of a FedEx corporate hub may be required to work a hybrid schedule.
