Essential Functions
About the Role - We are seeking an organized and proactive Strategic Planning Advisor to support our EVP, SVP, and VP leadership teams. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating high-level meetings, managing communications, fostering a positive organizational culture, and designing engaging PowerPoint presentations. Join us in this dynamic role where you will contribute to enhancing communication, culture, and presentation design within our EVP leadership team!
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate team huddles and organizational meetings, including O&D meetings, All Management Meetings, and Town Halls. Handle logistics, agenda planning, and provide day-of support for EVP/SVP/VP-level meetings.
- Creative Presentation Design: Develop visually appealing and effective PowerPoint presentations to support meeting agendas and communication strategies. Collaborate with presenters to create impactful content that aligns with organizational goals.
- Communications Management: Distribute executive communications, organizational announcements, and shared messaging templates. Ensure effective communication across the EVP leadership team to support various business needs.
- Collaborations: Work collaboratively with Legal and Corporate Communications to prepare relevant materials for strategic vendor input and external media requests.
- Campaign Development: Develop and support EVP, SVP, and VP Campaign programs that align with organizational goals.
- Culture Development: Maintain consistency across the EVP, SVP, and VP organization for culture-focused initiatives. Develop and implement fiscal year culture action plans, collaborating with designated culture POCs within the officer team.
- Event Leadership: Lead the organization of culture-related events, such as holiday parties, team recognition events, and volunteer opportunities. Create messaging and templates for culture-related communications, including holidays, and team appreciation.

Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market/competitive analysis.
Domicile Information
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $7,094.23 - $12,533.14/month
