Description

Under limited supervision, responsible for development of the organization's strategic plan(s). This role is integral to driving strategic initiatives and ensuring that the organization can effectively measure and track progress

Essential Functions

  • Facilitates cross ART/Team coordination to ensure communication of prioritization, alignment of dependencies, identification of risks, and forecasting of business value delivery
  • Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to align metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for the portfolio 
  • Measures, analyzes and reports on value targets and delivery for the portfolio
  • Innovates on content and narratives that drives portfolio governance forums. Presents to internal and external senior leaders as required.
  • Conduct regular reviews of data quality, metrics and KPIs to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with Cross-OpCo stakeholders at all levels 
  • Demonstrates bias to action and champions change management
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration or equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market/competitive analysis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and management skills.

Strong communications and human relations skills.

Domicile Information:

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Preferred Qualifications:  

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $7,094.23/month - $12,533.14/month
