Strategy Planning Advisor
Description
Under limited supervision, responsible for development of the organization's strategic plan(s).
Essential Functions
- Coordinates input from all major business units to facilitate the integration of individual business unit plans, best practices, and global and multi-discipline perspectives.
- Identifies, researches, analyzes and makes recommendations to support the organization's engagement objectives.
- Establish and manage operating rhythms, timelines, and governance for strategic engagement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve measurement, and elevate the strategic impact of engagement efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and management skills.
- Strong communications and human relations skills.
- Detail oriented, Advanced proficiency in executive-level presentation development (e.g., PowerPoint) and written communications
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market/competitive analysis.
Domicile Information
This is a hybrid position domiciled in Memphis, TN. The possibility of this position converting to remote may be possible based on the needs of the business.
