Strategy Planning Advisor
Description
Under limited supervision, responsible for development of the organization's strategic plan(s).
Essential Functions
Conducts environmental scans, organizational positioning analysis and other studies.
Coordinates input from all major business units to facilitate the integration of individual business unit plans, best practices, and global and multi-discipline perspectives.
Develops concepts into strategies including quantitative analyses and recommendations; screens plan for strategic fit, feasibility and profitability prior to presentation to senior management.
Identifies, research, analyzes and makes recommendations to support the organization's growth objectives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market/competitive analysis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and management skills.
Strong communications and human relations skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Preferred skills: PMP, QDM, CCS (Certified Customs Specialist) and/or Licensed Customs Broker. Remote option may be available. The posting will close on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, 5:00 PM CDT.
