Strategy Planning Principal-1
Description
Under limited supervision, provides leadership in the development of the organization's strategic plan(s).
Essential Functions
- Conducts environmental scans, organizational positioning, analysis and other studies.
- Develops concepts into strategies including quantitative analysis and recommendations; screens plans for strategic fit, feasibility and profitability, prior to presentation to senior management.
- Coordinates input from all major business units to facilitate the integration of individual business unit plans, best practices, and global and multi-discipline perspectives.
- Conducts external research and quantitative analysis as required. Identifies, researches, analyzes, and makes recommendations to support the organizations growth objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) or more years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement or market/competitive analysis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and management skills.
Strong communications and human relations skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Positions will lead efforts to design our international Air Network ensure service and growth. Candidates with executive presence and experience presenting to officer-level forums strongly preferred; Provides thought leadership Analyzes business environment, competitive landscape and operational capabilities to recommend strategic solutions -Exceptional analytical skills: comfort in defining and implementing metrics to measure impact. Knowledge of analytics software tools
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $8452.14 to $11410.38 Monthly
