Under limited supervision, provides leadership in the development of the organization's strategic plan(s).

About the Role: 

In this role, you will serve as Chief of Staff to VP of Enterprise Architecture, providing crucial support for strategy planning sessions and acting as an extension of the VP. Responsibilities include preparing content and narratives to ensure effective communication and alignment with strategic objectives. 

Essential Functions 

  • Develops concepts into strategies including quantitative analysis and recommendations; screens plans for strategic fit, feasibility and profitability, prior to presentation to senior management. 
  • Coordinates input from all major business units to facilitate the integration of individual business unit plans, best practices, and global and multi-discipline perspectives. 
  • Conducts external research and quantitative analysis as required. Identifies, researches, analyzes, and makes recommendations to support the organizations objectives. 
  • Leads the strategic development of new programs to support the organization’s objectives, which includes assisting in the collection of data to drive business value assessments as well as organizational structure and positioning analysis. 
  • Assists with organizational strategy planning: conducts research, prepares content, drives agenda and subsequent outcomes that originates from strategy planning. 
  • Prepares and presents content on behalf of the department to all levels of the organization; acts as a representative of the department in critical decision making forums and discussions. 
  • Assists with collection of metrics and quantitative analysis as needed.  
  • Other VP assigned tasks as required to support the success of the organization. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

  • Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and management skills 
  • Successfully led large-scale projects and effectively communicated with Senior Leaders 
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Fostered collaboration within and outside the organization 
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software
  • Strong communications and human relations skills

Domicile Information:   

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.   

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) or more years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement or market/competitive analysis.


Preferred Qualifications:  

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month
