Position Summary:

The Strategy & Organizational Planning Advisor will support enterprise-wide initiatives through strategic analysis, stakeholder engagement, and integrated planning. This role combines strong analytical and communication skills with project management and facilitation capabilities to drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with experience in HR or organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct environmental scans, market research, organizational positioning, and strategic feasibility analyses.
  • Translate research and insights into actionable strategies, including quantitative modeling, forecasting, and business recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional input from business units to integrate strategic plans, best practices, and enterprise-wide goals.
  • Lead and support stakeholder engagement efforts with strong narrative development, project planning, and communication.
  • Assist with end-to-end project timelines, deliverables, and status reporting.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders and drive alignment toward key strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and strategy narratives using PowerPoint.
  • Travel up to 25% may be required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions

  • Conducts environmental scans, organizational positioning, analysis and other studies.
  • Develops concepts into strategies including quantitative analysis and recommendations; screens plans for strategic fit, feasibility and profitability, prior to presentation to senior management.
  • Coordinates input from all major business units to facilitate the integration of individual business unit plans, best practices, and global and multi-discipline perspectives.
  • Conducts external research and quantitative analysis as required. Identifies, researches, analyzes, and makes recommendations to support the organizations growth objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) or more years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement or market/competitive analysis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and management skills.

Strong communications and human relations skills.


Preferred Qualifications:  

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month
