Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter durch vorbildliche Personalführung, Sicherstellung der Ausbildungs-standards
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller festgelegten personalrelevanten und/ oder unternehmensbezogenen Regel-ungen, Richtlinien, Abläufe und rechtlichen Anforderungen
  • Mitwirkungen bei der Einstellung von Mitarbeitern sowie bei der Erstellung von Investitions-budgets und Analyse und Cost Management
  • Überwachung, Kontrolle und Optimierung der operativen Standort-Prozesse
  • Stetige Analyse der Operations-performance und Einleitung korrigierender Maßnahmen
  • Erstellung und Bewertung von Statistiken zu Produktivitäts- und Qualitätszielen und deren Kommunikation
  • Mitarbeit bei der Einhaltung des Abteilungsbudgets
  • Funktionaler Experte im Rahmen von Operationsprojekten

Ihr Qualifikationsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in der Trans-port/Logistikbranche
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen Logistikbereich
  • Nachgewiesene, mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personal-führung
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute fundierte Kenntnisse operationeller Abläufe
  • Analytische und betriebswirtschaftliche Denk- und Handlungsweise
  • Sehr gute MS Office Anwender-kenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten sowie Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienst

Die Vergütung erfolgt nach dem gültigen Flächentarifvertrag in der Speditions-, Logistik-und Transportwirtschaft in NRW, sowie der GBV Entgeltordnung.
