Supervisor, TCN Operations
Description
Leads and develops a high performing, self-empowered, productive work team that provides quality performance and satisfaction when servicing customers and contractors while meeting financial objectives. Manages customer and/or contractor relationships. Measures and monitors team member’s performance and efficiency. Communicates company and department goals, expectations, and policies. Ensures procedures are in place that quickly and objectively identify, diagnose, prevent and correct problems. Identifies, analyzes, and responds to the needs, feelings, values, and concerns, or interests of others in a manner that motivates, generates confidence, or encourages support.
Essential Functions
- Manages customer and/or contractor relationships. Represents operations during business reviews. Ensures procedures are in place that quickly and objectively identify, diagnose, prevent and correct problems. Identifies, evaluates, and implement process improvements as they relate to customer, team members, independent contractors, service performance, technology, productivity, and divisional growth. Monitors and measures performance against plan, ensuring objectives are met.
- Communicates company and department goals, expectations, and policies. Solicits ideas and information from departmental personnel. Partners and communicates within and across organization boundaries, both internal and external to the organization, to ensure departmental, cross-departmental, cross-operating companies and company goals are met.
- Identifies, analyzes, and responds to the needs, feelings, values, and concerns, or interests of others in a manner that motivates, generates confidence, or encourages support. Monitors and manages personnel matters consistent with FedEx objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum Experience
2+ years leadership experience required
5+ years operations experience required

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $62,000- $79,000
