Description
To maintain billing record file, pricing table files, party associations and product database file for FTN. Ensure that requests for changes are gathered, documented and communicated appropriately and that maintenance is performed within defined rules and policies.
Follow policies pertaining to selected databases; protect the integrity of this information as well as the processes for maintaining those databases including entry & billing audits, billing records and product databases. Build and maintain billing record file, pricing table file, party associations, party roles, profile information and product database file, and blanket document database. Ensure proper tables, applications are utilized and updated to ensure information can be accessed properly and accurately. Clearly and consistently communicate with internal and external customers to ensure proper and timely maintenance of the duplex system. Electronic files (that cannot be processed through edi) be analyzed and reformatted, data associated to pbw or manual notes added to allow data to be loaded to the duplex. Works with both edi team and is to work through data errors to ensure database is loaded. Ensure that a business and customer driven perspective is present through the identification of needed improvements to existing applications, technology, and implementation of developed solutions. Ensure appropriate reporting as required by management. Assist in resolving customer problems or complaints, provide technical or general information and ensure high level of customer satisfaction. Work with team to constantly identify opportunities for process improvement. Once identified, work to implement new processes. Maintains blanket nafta certificates for FTN. Handles renewal process for FTN. Adhere to instructions in the database user's guide when performing maintenance.
High school diploma/GED. Intensive PC and windows office applications is required to work within a PC workstation environment. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment and to effectively communicate with customers, management and other associates throughout the company. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong work ethic, customer and quality focused. Preferred: knowledge and understanding of current business processes or applications to include release and classification, nafta, database, pricing tables, billing and customer profile. Preferred: 1 year experience in customer service or operations.
KSA
HS Diploma or GED required.
3 years of business or customer service experience preferred.
Required - MS Office, Outlook, Office equipment (phone, fax, photocopier, printer, scanner)

Preferred Qualifications: Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm EST **This role is HYBRID ONLY **Candidates that live within a 50-mile radius of 555 Riverwalk Pkwy, Tonawanda, NY 14150 **Mandatory overtime may be required during periods of high volume. In addition, working on company-recognized holidays may be necessary. **
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors. Permitted by law.
