Talent Aquisition Advisor
Description
FedEx is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor based at their Mumbai Office, reporting to the Head TA MEISA region. The role would be responsible to lead the leadership hiring and overlook the process governance of the recruitment process. The incumbent would be required to provide strategic insights and suggestions to strengthen the functioning of the talent acquisition process.

Responsibilities

Leadership Hiring
- End to End recruitments for Leadership/ Officers & Directors hiring
- Market mapping and preparing talent pipeline for critical roles
Governance on Talent Acquisition process
- Ensuring RACI is being followed for positions across all levels
- Enhance EVP for FedEx – candidate experience, campus branding and visibility on social media
- Tracking open positions and allocating the sourcing team for optimum resource utilization
- Compliance of TA process as per policy
- Vendor Readiness
Support in readiness of TA dashboard and Data Analytics
Role Specifications
- Seasoned recruitment professional with 12 to 15 years of experience. Strong experience of end-to-end recruitment process.
- Data analytical skills and mindset Having experience in leadership hiring. Someone with executive search experience would be preferred.
