Talent Partner - II & III (Technical Recruiting)

Job Summary
With general supervision, primarily responsible for developing a proactive and strategic approach to attract high caliber talent. Partners with and advises the hiring manager to deliver a world class experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and product managers
- Partner closely with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes
- Support employer branding efforts through social media and tech community engagement
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and timely feedback
- Track key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and offer acceptance rates
- Stay up to date with trends in the tech talent market and recommend strategies to remain competitive
- Proficiency in strategically sourcing, pre-screening, and interviewing qualified candidates for technical, professional, and internship positions
- Experience with creating executive level presentations in partnership with business groups
- Knowledge of state and federal laws regarding employment selection and practices
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: web-based recruiting tools, HRIS database and/or applicant tracking systems (Workday, Paradox)
- Strong oral, written communication and relationship building skills
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Level II
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent. Two (2) years of HR or business related experience. A related Master’s Degree can be exchanged for two (2) years of experience. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Level III
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent. Three to four (3-4) years of HR or business related experience. A related Master’s Degree can be exchanged for two (2) years of experience. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
