Technical Analyst-Senior I
Description
Responsible for creating design deliverables aligned with business requirements, writing and testing changes to computer programs, contributing to testing phases, resolving production problems, documenting programs for future reference, and analyzing business requirements to inform design decisions, ensuring solution quality and providing technical support to team members and end-users for optimal system functionality and reliability.
1. Create high-level and detailed design deliverables aligned with business requirements and specifications to guide solution development processes.
2. Write and test changes to complex computer programs based on program specifications to ensure functionality and reliability.
3. Contribute to deliverables for various testing phases, including system-level and integration tests, to validate solution performance and functionality.
4. Identify and resolve production problems within scope, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and optimal system performance.
5. Document and maintain programs to provide clear and comprehensive references for future development, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks.
6. Analyze business requirements and specifications to understand project scope and objectives, informing design and development decisions.
7. Ensure solution quality and compliance with standards through thorough testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users, addressing inquiries, issues, and concerns related to solution applications and systems.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronics Engineering, MIS or related discipline.
Experience: Relevant work experience in business process or software design and development based on the following number of years:
Associate: Prior experience not required
Standard I: Two (2) years
Standard II: Three (3) years
Senior I: Four (4) years
Senior II: Five (5) years
