Description

With limited direction and supervision, serves as the product visionary and subject matter expert on the product's features and capabilities, understanding the complexities and limitations of the product. Tracks and modifies end-user usage to ensure maximum value at minimum cost, manages the product backlog and roadmap, and serves as the primary liaison to the internal and external product stakeholders. Collaborates with product and engineering teams to lead product integrations and deliver valuable product improvements.

This position is in the Financial Planning & Analysis organization. We are in the midst of building out new data and analytics capabilities that will power how we analyze financial performance and drive change in the business. Apart from skills and experience as a technical product manager, there are several other qualifications that would be beneficial. Since we are a finance organization, building financial products, for customers with varying levels of financial sophistication, prior experience within a finance role or ideally a product management role in finance is a plus. Experience in, or knowledge of, logistics, transportation, accounting, and data architecture would be helpful. We use Oracle EPM product, Databricks, Azure, PowerBI, a fair amount of SQL, and a handful of other business analytics tools. Experience with these tools is a plus.

• Designs and leads product vision development strategies that consider product life cycle and business user needs.    
• Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to define product use cases and user journeys.    
• Prioritizes new product features to achieve maximum business outcomes.     
• Manages product backlog and roadmap.    
• Leads and/or facilitates user acceptance testing.     
• Maintains and creates technical documents and user guides.    
• Leads and serves as the face of product demos, keeping in mind the "voice of the customer"    
• Troubleshoots technical issues and provide subject matter expert support    
• Performs product setup, configuration and support    
• Leads and/or facilitates end user training.    
• Performs other duties as assigned.      


Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalency in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, Computer

Science/Technologies or related field.

Minimum Experience

Five to seven (5-7) years' work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact-based data analysis. Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring & solving skills. Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills. Strong project management and project management leadership experience.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $7,094.23/month - $12,533.14/month
