Summary:
Under limited supervision the Technical Product Manager (TPM) III is responsible for: Leading development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, considering product life cycle stage and the customer experience. Has extensive knowledge on the product's features and capabilities, understanding the complexities and limitations of the product. Tracks and modifies end-user usage to ensure maximum value at minimum cost, manages the product backlog and roadmap, and serves as the primary liaison to the internal and external product stakeholders. Collaborates with product and engineering teams to lead product integrations and deliver valuable product improvements.
Essential Functions
- Drives backlog prioritization, feature refinement, and cross-functional execution for the Commercial Data & Insights Platform
- Responsible for managing webhook and API-driven products, working with engineering teams, multiple Product Managers, and stakeholders
- Prioritize features to avoid technical debt, ensuring smooth execution in iteration and program increment (PI) planning.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications (Epic/features/user stories/defining experience).
- Define sprint cadence to meet delivery milestones, prioritize features and manage the product backlog.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, commercial and customer support teams as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues.
- Work with Scrum Masters and Agile teams to break down features into smaller, incremental deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for API and webhook-related product decisions.
Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Strong understanding of webhooks, APIs, event-driven architecture, and data platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex technical concepts and translate them into clear business value and actionable user stories.
- Proven experience in backlog management, feature refinement, and sprint execution in an Agile environment.
- Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to lead discussions with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with high-performing teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Deep technical understanding of APIs, event-driven architecture, and data platforms.
- Experience in driving end-to-end product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, technical feasibility assessments, and go-to-market readiness.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalency in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, Computer Science/Technologies or related field.
Minimum Experience:
Three to four (3-4) years of experience in Technical Product Management, Technical Product Ownership, or API/Product Development.
Domicile Information:
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: Pay Range: $110.402 - 165,604
