Technical Project Manager I
Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives within the company. Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders across enterprise wide; identifying and documenting business and ensuring that projects are completed to specification within an established time frame and budget.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Plan, organize, and control resources, internal and external procedures, and timing for technical processes and projects
- Analyze and document requirements by liaising with stakeholders a range of users in the organization with detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
- Conduct risk analysis and monitor the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
- Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams
- Assist in developing vendor project timelines, contracts, plan of execution and environment development
- Ensure applications and development work is compliant with policy and procedures per Information Security Standers established by the enterprise
- Manage the testing process to end user including testing and acceptance procedures
- Manage helpdesk tickets, outage notifications and communication with end users
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables
- Provide cross departments visibility to project details and development, formal management reports, status updates and presentations on projects to leadership
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
- Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience plus three (3) years relevant experience in project and process planning and management
- Working knowledge of Agile and other project management processes, required
- Certification such as SAFe Agile, Project Management Professional (PMP), International Business Training Association (IBTA), or QDM Expert preferred
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively lead multiple projects
- Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal skills/negotiation skills with ability to effectively multi-task
- Comprehensive computer skills using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Business Objects
- Comprehensive presentation, verbal and written communication skills
WORKING CONDITIONS:
