Summary:

Responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives within the company. Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying and documenting business requirements; and ensuring that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget.

Job Description / Responsibilities

· Plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for technical processes and projects, and lead various organizational ceremonies as needed

· Analyze and document requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization

· Develop and drive detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, issue/outage documentation/retrospectives, and status reports

· Conduct risk analysis and monitor the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets

· Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams

· Ensure adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables

· Responsible for preparation of formal management reports, status updates and presentations on projects

· Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures

· Perform other duties as required

Skills / Abilities

· Previous experience as a TPM in a Product organization and/or in a product management role in a startup or other fast-paced, dynamic environment

· Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technical projects

· Display knowledge of product development methodologies and creating frameworks to support the development process

· Demonstrate technical acumen (or the ability to develop the acumen) related to how a platform portfolio of products is organized and impacted cross-functionally by business actions/decisions.

· Comfortable managing backlogs and tasks across multiple tools to track work in process inventory, critical paths, status reports, and more.

· Comfortable with Slack, Productboard, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Figma, and Mural are a huge plus.


Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.

Minimum Experience

Five to seven (5 - 7) years’ relevant experience in project and process planning and management. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Knowledge of cross functional departmental processes preferred. Advanced analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to effectively lead multiple projects. Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal skills with ability to effectively multi-task. Comprehensive computer skills using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Business Objects. Comprehensive presentation, verbal and written communication skills


Domicile Information:

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.


Preferred Qualifications:  

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Annual pay range: $108,000 to $162,000
