Job Title: Technical Project Manager Lead
Location: 3630 Hacks Cross Road, Memphis, TN 38125 (100% Remote)
Job Description: Responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives within the company. Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying and documenting business requirements; and ensuring that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget. Plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for technical processes and projects. Analyze and document requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports. Conduct risk analysis and monitor the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables. Responsible for preparation of formal management reports, status updates and presentations on projects. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent* in Business, Engineering, Science, Information Technology or related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of relevant experience in project and process planning and management. The employer will alternatively accept a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Information Technology or related field and 3 years of relevant experience in project and process planning and management, in lieu of a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience. Experience must include the following: Agile Coaching – experience leading and coaching teams under multiple agile frameworks; DevOps pipeline; Data Analytics languages (SQL, PL/SQL, XML, Power BI, MS Azure, etc.); Data visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, DB Visualizer, Microsoft Visual Studio); Certified Scrum Master (CSM); Certified SAFe Agilist (CSA). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Knowledge of cross functional departmental processes preferred. Advanced analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to effectively lead multiple projects. Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal skills with ability to effectively multi-task. Comprehensive computer skills using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Business Objects. Comprehensive presentation, verbal and written communication skills. *Employer will accept one (1) year of directly related experience in lieu of one (1) year of education. May telecommute from home from any location in the U.S.
