Description

Schedule, coordinate and provide administrative support of training programs and learning activities.

Essential Functions

  • Maintains required employee training documentation.
  • Coordinate the enrollment and scheduling of training courses
  • Organize training equipment and supplies
  • Coordinate training assignments to include classrooms, tours, and other meeting activities
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Associate degree / equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Two (2) years administrative and/or scheduling experience in a professional training environment required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Familiarity with and ability to operate within learning management systems, learning platforms, and learning technologies. Ability to organize effectively. Excellent time management, public speaking and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office 365.  Proficiency in word processing and presentation software.  Ability to operate media equipment such as projectors and personal computers.  Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods and techniques. Ability to work with a team and have attention to detail.  Knowledgeable about learning management systems, instructional design and e-learning platforms.  Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze data.
