Job Title:  Analyst – EBS Value Realization

Global EBS Governance and Value Management Team

Responsible for leading value realization and benefits tracking activities for EBS transformation initiatives across the region, owning business case validation, KPI/benefits tracking, and ROI reporting in support of the Global EBS Governance and Value Management team.

Essential Duties:

  • Conduct detailed business case reviews for Global EBS initiatives and establish baseline metrics for changes to people, process, and technology.
  • Define, monitor, and report KPI progress against agreed financial and operational success metrics, flagging variances early to project sponsors.
  • Maintain a portfolio-level view of EBS  transformation initiatives to track realized value vs. expected ROI and support prioritization decisions.
  • Partner with Finance and process owners to validate benefit assumptions, cost savings, and process improvement claims prior to sign-off.
  • Prepare and maintain value realization dashboards and scorecards for governance forums, program reviews, and executive reporting.
  • Support stage-gate and steering committee reviews with value/benefits data, highlighting at-risk benefits and recommending corrective actions.
  • Identify value leakage and root causes across the EBS portfolio; work with process and project owners to close the gap between planned and realized value.
  • Document lessons learned and continuously refine the EBS value tracking methodology in line with global standards.
  • Act as a point of contact for value realization queries from EBS stakeholders and Operating Companies.
  • Provide leadership and mentor lower-level employees.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in Business, Finance, or a related analytical discipline.

Minimum Experience:

Three (3) years’ experience in financial analysis, business case development, PMO, or value/benefits realization, including experience tracking benefits across cross-functional project portfolios. Demonstrated skill with project/portfolio tracking tools; a related advanced degree may offset the experience requirement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of business case development, financial analysis, and benefits/ROI tracking methodologies.
  • Strong human relations, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Documented effectiveness communicating with stakeholders and senior leadership across a multi-country EBS footprint.
  • Technical skills and understanding of business issues related to ERPs, SaaS, finance, accounting, or related transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and executive reporting.

Education

Experience

Three (3) years’ experience in financial analysis, business case development, PMO, or value/benefits realization, including tracking benefits across cross-functional project portfolios.

Certifications (Preferred)

PMP, CAPM, or Value/Benefits Management certification (e.g., BRMP) preferred. QDM Expert certification preferred. If no certification is currently held, certification should be obtained within 12 months of accepting the position.
