Contacts assigned accounts to sell FedEx International Direct Distribution services. Identifies opportunities to maintain and strengthen the customer relationship by ensuring the customer is making the best use of logistics solutions for transborder solutions while optimizing the customer’s supply chain and fulfillment methods. Focuses on personal sales targets by developing new business opportunities, troubleshooting customer problems and enhancing existing customer relationships. May have special markets or complex product lines that require significant customer relationship skills.

Accountabilities and Tasks:

  • Frequent interactions with the Logistics and Supply Chain leadership.
  • Customer engagements focused on direct distribution services.
  • Consultive approach to align the customer’s needs with FedEx’s direct distribution services.
  • Requires deep understanding of supply chain concepts.
  • Ability to utilize technical and quantitative tools to correctly identify opportunities.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication skills including verbal, written and listening to learn the customer’s business and leverage emerging technology and FedEx internal systems to drive compelling business proposition.
  • Manage and execute key success factors to meet quarterly goals.
  • Strong business acumen skills, project mgmt. skills and ability to generate creative solutions based on customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/equivalent and three (3) years of business-to-business sales experience required. Ability to travel overnight as required.

Pay Transparency: The compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location or locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the pay information represents the minimum and maximum range for all levels in that job family. Actual pay is determined by several job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, including, but not limited to, experience relative to the job, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment.

Pay: $6,075/month - $11,400.00/month

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in “Indianapolis, IN” or “surrounding cities” and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius.
