Worldwide Account Manager Regional LTL
Description
The sales professional partners with the primary Worldwide Account Manager on customer development with large freight opportunities or maintains primary LTL relationship with customers to generate bundled opportunities. Servicing an existing customer base is a primary responsibility of this role.
Essential Functions
- Expand and maintain customer revenue by focusing on the freight business by aligning with the primary WWAM Regional, discussing the customer’s supply chain with decision makers, analyzing customer needs, and developing and implementing freight solutions.
- Coordinates and collaborates with internal functional teams to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience
- Exhibits outstanding communication skills including verbal, written and listening to learn the customer’s business and leverages emerging technology and internal systems to drive compelling business proposition.
- Manage and execute key success factors to meet quarterly goals.
- Strong business acumen skills, project mgmt. skills and ability to generate creative solutions based on customer needs.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills needed for LTL pricing and contract renewals for region’s largest LTL accounts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent and two (2) years of business-to-business sales or related Company business experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to travel overnight as required.
