Worldwide Account Manager Regional
Description
As a member of a sales team, the sales professional is responsible for maintaining and strengthening customer relationships within a defined territory. Identifies opportunities for account growth while offering customers a full array of value-added services.
Essential Functions
- Acquire, Develop and Expand customer revenue
- High level of negotiation skills needed to implement complex pricing programs, logistics optimization, and aligning customers’ needs to strategic goals of the company.
- Exhibiting outstanding communication skills including verbal, written and listening to learn the customer’s business and leverages emerging technology and internal systems to drive compelling business proposition.
- Coordinates and collaborates with internal functional teams to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
- Manage and execute key success factors to meet quarterly goals.
- Strong business acumen skills, project management skills and ability to generate creative solutions based on customer needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent and two (2) years of business-to-business sales or related Company business experience required.
Minimum Experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to travel overnight as required.
Job Conditions
Moderate travel required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B and/or international sales is preferred, along with a proven ability to navigate ambiguous or evolving business environments.
Candidates should have a recent track record (within the past two years) of sales success in a large enterprise setting, and consistently exceeding assigned sales quotas.
Experience within the logistics industry, including carrier or warehousing operations, is also preferred.
