Inside Sales: Inside Sales; Customer & Revenue Retention from Existing (Small Location/ Secondary/ Local) Key Accounts in the Portfolio; Development & Cross Selling; New Business Acquisition Within Assigned Key Accounts; Customer Satisfaction by Providing Pro-Active Customer Care Key Accounts; Cross Functional Collaboration With other FedEx teams - Finance; Marketing; Operations; Customer Experience; Clearance; etc. & the Customer to Provide Timely Solutions; Customer Education on the Benefits & Requirements of FedEx Services; Key Accounts Support

Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members.

About the Role
To support the growth of our Global Sales organization, we are currently expanding our Inside WW Sales team in Poland. We are looking for motivated sales professionals who enjoy working with international customers, building long-term relationships, and developing their careers in a stable, global company.
You will work with global B2B customers, cooperating closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to deliver high-quality transportation solutions.
 

Your Responsibilities
•Proactively establishing and maintaining relationships with international global customers
•Contacting customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings
•Preparing and presenting domestic and international transport offers including pricing
•Negotiating commercial terms and closing sales opportunities
•Managing and developing an assigned customer portfolio
•Identifying opportunities for upselling and new business
•Achieving defined sales targets (opportunity creation, deal closure, sales activity KPIs)
•Cooperating with customer-facing Key account Sales Representatives and other internal departments
•Ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction
•Reporting results and activities to the Inside Sales Manager

What We Are Looking For
•Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in services
•Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain is a strong advantage
•Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
•Very good communication and negotiation abilities
•Good organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
•Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
•Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level)
•Secondary education required; higher education is an advantage
