We are looking for a Worldwide Regional Account Executive – Health Care Vertical to spearhead our enterprise regional sales strategy and customer acquisition from our hub in Johannesburg. In this role, you will act as the definitive technical authority on healthcare logistics, bridging the gap between intricate client requirements and world-class execution. You will leverage a deep understanding of the express and logistics environment, combining strategic account management with data-driven pricing models to ensure our partnerships are long-lasting, profitable, and optimized for global excellence.
What You Will Do
Strategic Account Development: Formulate and execute robust Enterprise Regional Account strategies across the healthcare vertical, contributing directly to divisional and corporate growth targets.
Customer Acquisition & Retention: Drive the complete sales lifecycle, mapping out high-value pre-sales strategies, executing targeted sales calls, and securing long-term retention of multinational accounts.
Commercial Engineering: Architect complex customer proposals and precise pricing frameworks tailored to the rigorous compliance and temperature-sensitive demands of healthcare logistics.
Account Activation & Transition: Oversee seamless account onboarding and post-sales coordination, ensuring operational reality aligns perfectly with commercial promises.
Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing competition monitoring and market analysis, translating trend data into actionable insights for executive management.
Cross-Functional Expertise: Act as a technical expert to support local management with the analysis, interpretation, and application of complex vertical information.
What You Will Bring

Vertical Domain Expertise: 5–8 years of proven experience operating successfully within a healthcare sales vertical environment.
Industry DNA: Prior exposure to the express and logistics industry is highly beneficial, giving you an immediate grasp of supply chain constraints.
Multinational Capability: Comfortable navigating the internal matrices and procurement behaviors of large, multinational corporate entities.
Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to balance competitive pricing proposals with solid margin management and value-based selling.
Relationship Management: Exceptional networking capabilities to unlock access to C-suite stakeholders and industry decision-makers.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is highly advantageous and preferred.
