This is an interview position.


To sell all FedEx Portfolio of products/services to both ‘new’ and ‘existing’ customers (primary focus: $1500+ per day plus revenue segment) with the key deliverable of achieving assigned revenue objectives as measured and determined by FedEx) within an assigned territory / vertical market. Responsible for assessing the supply chain distribution needs of our existing and new clients and provide a FedEx multi Opco effective / efficient solution.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent (Preferred)
  • Sales - 4 years commercial sales experience (business to business, transportation industry preferred) with two (2) years experience within Account Executive role.
  • Previous experience selling to large Fortune 500 complex and global corporations (preferred)
  • Has a solid understanding of the FedEx business.
  • Understands the operating environment, business and economic conditions.
  • Is organizationally and politically aware.
  • Facilitates and seeks opportunities to collaborate across functions / departments and breaks down silos/ barriers. Demonstrates influential leadership. Able to build a community of support. Makes every experience with customers and internal clients positive / outstanding.
  • Executes the operational strategy. Anticipates, prioritizes, plans, initiates and demonstrates decisiveness and proactive action in order to achieve results. Manages time effectively. Takes well informed, calculated risks. Delivers on commitments.
  • Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills
  • Regular overnight travel required (5-10%)
