Yard Truck Driver (MC Licence - Afternoon Shift)

Description

• PM shift 14:00 to 22:00
• Safely positioning trailers / vehicles in a timely manner as requested by the Control Room. 
• Ensuring the yard area, including entry and exit points, vehicle wash, fuel islands and walkways, are managed in order for both vehicles and pedestrians to move freely and safely within the yard area. 
• Promoting best practice. 
• Challenge and report on any non-compliance. 
• Drive company tug vehicles in a safe and courteous fashion in accordance with the requirements of the site rules
• Report any vehicle accidents to the Control Room or Supervisor
• Report any mechanical defects 
• Take all responsible action to ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment and goods
• Carry out daily vehicle checks following procedure
• To ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles between parking bays and loading bays

Full time permanent position, Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm
