POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for analyzing workflows, supporting technology assessments, and translating business needs into clear product artifacts that enable informed decision-making and effective delivery.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support the defining and executing of the product roadmap for digital transformations across the enterprise.
2. Assist in researching industry as well as competitors to ultimately enhance the firm’s digital platforms, documenting current-state functionality, technical constraints, dependencies, and usage patterns.
3. Gather, analyze, and synthesize data related to system performance, operational metrics, and user behavior to inform product decisions.
4. Maintain detailed product documentation, including process flows, feature inventories, and system capability maps.
5. Support backlog grooming activities by refining stories, validating requirements, and ensuring readiness for development teams.
6. Partner with subject matter experts across technology, business, and operations teams to gather and clarify requirements.
7. Observe users to understand real-world system usage and identify incremental improvement opportunities.
8. Track and report on product delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.
9. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $66,803.00 - $126,660.00 per year
Colorado Pay Ranges: Colorado Springs, Grand Junction $71,480 - $112,939; Henderson, Mead $75,488 - $119,271; Gypsum $80,165 - $126,660
Illinois Pay Ranges: Effingham, Kankakee, Lincoln, Quincy, Rockford, Aurora $71,480 - $112,939; Bolingbrook, Chicago Heights, Des Plaines, Elmhurst, Forest View, Joliet, Schaumburg, Summit-Argo, Zion, Buffalo $80,165 - $126,660

This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting pay range in NJ. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay is determined by experience relative to the job, market level, specific location and other job-related factors permitted by law. Regular full & part-time employees (who complete 91 days of employment and work a minimum average of 12 hours per week) are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage, tuition reimbursement. Full/part-time employees who are age 21 are eligible for 401(k) after one month of employment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field.
• Three (3) years’ experience product or business analyst or similar supporting technology products and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex processes and systems into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience documenting and creating a roadmap for existing and future products.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.
• Ability to work independently in a focused, execution-oriented role while collaborating closely with other stakeholders.
• Experience performing analysis of service platforms and modernization initiatives.
